NetNut, the Israeli provider of web scraping infrastructure, has updated the pricing of its ISP (static residential) proxy network.
The plans were made cheaper and more accessible for small-scale use. Their naming conventions remain unchanged:
New price | Old price | |
Starter | $99 ($14.4/GB) | $350 ($17.5/GB) |
Advanced | $250 ($12.5/GB) | $750 ($15/GB) |
Production | $499 (~$10/GB) | $1,000 ($10/GB) |
Semi-pro | $999 ($8/GB) | $2,000 ($8/GB) |
Professional | $1,999 ($5.71/GB) | $2,500 ($6.5/GB) |
Master | $4,500 ($4.5/GB) | $5,000 ($5/GB) |
Below is a comparison in a standardized scheme, adjusted to the closest smaller plan:
New price/GB | Old price/GB | Difference | |
20 GB | $12.5 | $17.5 | -28.5% |
50 GB | $10 | $15 | -33% |
100 GB | $8 | $10 | -20% |
250 GB | $8 | $8 | 0% |
500 GB | $5.71 | $6.5 | -12% |
1,000 GB | $4.5 | $5 | -10% |
NetNut was one of the last major providers to jump onto the price reduction bandwagon, finally opting to revise its residential and mobile proxy rates this June. ISP proxy networks have been affected less by this trend; but even then, NetNut’s former pricing had become hard to justify.
