Oxylabs, the Lithuanian provider of web scraping infrastructure, has announced the agenda for OxyCon 2026, its annual conference on web data collection.

The conference will take place online on September 16. Participation is free of charge.

This year’s event will include seven presentations and two panel discussions:

  • The presenters will talk about building datasets with AI agents, loading dynamic content without a browser, AI’s role in production scraping, identifying where to prioritize your scraping efforts, building agentic workflows, and finding the best open-source web scraping repositories.
  • The panelists will discuss how to turn industry challenges into a competitive advantage and how the web becoming more closed will impact the industry.

To make the conference more engaging, Oxylabs’ team will be joined by Pierluigi Vinciguerra from the Web Scraping Club, representatives from companies like Centric Software, Bluefish AI, TopYappers, and more.

You can register for OxyCon here. If you’d like to learn more before doing so, we’ve written detailed recaps of the last four events.

OxyCon will be the first of the two major web scraping conferences this year. The second, Zyte’s Extract Summit, will take place in October (Austin) and November (Dublin).
