On the 11 Jan 2025 I bought from them 10 IP address they say it’s residential but is not it’s shared bad proxies, a day after I asked for refund, but they didn’t refund me and there policies says I can get refund in 3 days, but they didn’t, I don’t recommend them if you’re looking for a real residential proxy

Do not use. Requires KYC even when you want to purchase only a few proxies.

A Very Negative Review for Webshare.io

My experience with Webshare.io has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. Just a few days after making my payment and subscribing to their services, my account was suddenly put on hold without any prior notice. I received the following message:

> Your Proxy Activities are Paused ⚠️
> We’ve detected unusual activity related to your account and have placed it on hold for your protection. To remove this hold, please complete the verification.

I followed the required steps to complete the verification process, but instead of restoring my account, I was shocked to receive another message stating that my account had been permanently suspended:

> Account Suspended 🧐
> Your account is suspended due to breach of Terms of Service.
> If you believe your account was suspended by mistake, you have 30 days to appeal the suspension from the button below.

I never violated any terms of service, yet the company failed to provide any clear explanation or proper support to resolve the issue.

My Conclusion
I personally believe this company engages in fraudulent practices, taking customers’ money and then suspending their accounts without valid reasons or offering refunds.

Serious Warning
I strongly **warn** everyone against dealing with Webshare.io. They seem **unreliable, unprofessional**, and completely lack transparency in their customer service.

They advertise a feature to set a spending limit, but there is no option. I contacted support, sent a screenshot, they said there is no spending limit without a subscription. The entire system is designed to steal your money. I woke up yesterday to a bill 40x times more than what was expected. Support is unhelpful and they don’t care, they just want to steal your money. Zyte is designed to be misleading.

Be careful with their referral program! Did not pay out +2000 dollars!

They reply by mail with messages copied from previous replies. They don’t tell me the reason, they don’t want to stop cooperation. They want me to continue to recommend them without getting paid!

Proxy not working. On most sites gives an error ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED, even on sites for IP checking. Support answered it’s because of internal policies. Moneyback also not allowed.

Smart proxy offers wallet payment method.
I have hundreds of dollars left and I don’t use smart proxy anymore so I asked for a refund but they said they can never give me back my wallet balance.
I am very upset.

When they said they were willing to settle the compensation with me, but I only received one letter, willing to give me 1Gb as compensation, it made me feel very strange. Unfortunately, I have been unable to access the Google website for the past few days. This is a very basic thing. At first, I thought it was my network problem, so I changed countless solutions. I found out that they had banned me. Before I was mistakenly banned from my account, I could use this service. When I contacted the online support staff, I told them that my account was mistakenly banned by you before. He even asked me why I needed to access Google services. Oh my god, this is a big joke. Don’t you need Google services to search or access some web pages when you open Google web pages?

Their service doesn’t work. You’re paying for a service that doesn’t work and doesn’t offer refunds (ask me how I know). I’m wondering how they’ve got such a high rating here.
