On the 11 Jan 2025 I bought from them 10 IP address they say it’s residential but is not it’s shared bad proxies, a day after I asked for refund, but they didn’t refund me and there policies says I can get refund in 3 days, but they didn’t, I don’t recommend them if you’re looking for a real residential proxy

Proxy not working. On most sites gives an error ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED, even on sites for IP checking. Support answered it’s because of internal policies. Moneyback also not allowed.

When they said they were willing to settle the compensation with me, but I only received one letter, willing to give me 1Gb as compensation, it made me feel very strange. Unfortunately, I have been unable to access the Google website for the past few days. This is a very basic thing. At first, I thought it was my network problem, so I changed countless solutions. I found out that they had banned me. Before I was mistakenly banned from my account, I could use this service. When I contacted the online support staff, I told them that my account was mistakenly banned by you before. He even asked me why I needed to access Google services. Oh my god, this is a big joke. Don’t you need Google services to search or access some web pages when you open Google web pages?
During this week, I have been constantly updating my understanding of their services. Shouldn’t you provide training for these technical personnel? The next time you encounter a problem like mine, you should not have checked and said to him, ‘Sir, I am very sorry. We will restore your previous access permissions, and you should not have targeted professional ethics step by step.’

Their service doesn’t work. You’re paying for a service that doesn’t work and doesn’t offer refunds (ask me how I know). I’m wondering how they’ve got such a high rating here.

In reply to Tom. We haven't mapped the IPs against one another, so we can't say. But the reseller proxies might have other value-added features like speed checking or protection against overload.
