When we attempt to purchase from Evomi, PayPro requires extensive personal information, which raises serious privacy concerns. As customers, we are trying to buy a product from Evomi, not from PayPro so Evomi should be fully responsible for handling any issues that arise during the payment process.

What’s even more concerning is that our credit card information is saved in a PayPro account automatically, even if we did not intentionally create an account there. This account seems to be created on our behalf by Evomi during the checkout process without clear consent or notification.

If something were to happen to our Visa card or personal data, Evomi would likely just refer us to PayPro, which is unacceptable. We are your customers not PayPro’s and we believe Evomi should take full responsibility for any issues arising from the payment system it has chosen to use.

We strongly urge Evomi to take immediate action to resolve this issue and to offer alternative payment options that respect customer privacy and provide better security and accountability.

I voiced my concerns with proxies being unstable and asked for help on the day of purchasing them. They gave me useless advice and after trying to get in contact with them they ghosted me for 3 days 🙂
